This dish does not have a Genroku inscription, but it is clearly one of the same type based on its style. The sword has a slightly deep flange with a stepped guard rim and a low raised mouth rim. The center of the prospect shows a dragon design with clouds, and the guard rim shows chrysanthemum arabesques on three sides and a design of blue ocean waves in between. The outer surface is covered with an arabesque pattern in underglaze blue, and the colors are truly brilliant. There are three marks on the base.
