The shape is similar to that of the previous piece, with a stepped rim, an old tree on either side of the prospective view, a hawk perched on a large branch, and the space left in white representing a white cloud. Around the rim, arabesque patterns are finely drawn in black lines and overlaid with yellow glaze, another excellent example of color painting similar to Aote Koya. On the reverse side, a bamboo grass design is painted in black and overlaid with green glaze. A large Kakufuku inscription is also inscribed on the base.
