Height 7.4cm, Bowl diameter 11.9cm, Stand diameter 5.0cm
This tea bowl is of a simple shape with a rounded waist, and the base is carved out to be small, showing fine crepe wrinkles inside the base. An abstract design is roughly painted on two sides of the body with thick brush strokes, and even the base is glazed. It is estimated to have been fired in a Fujikawauchi kiln. The box is inscribed “Ko-Karatsu tsutsu” in the handwriting of Shimizu Dogan.
