This is a gourd-shaped spout with a large spout and handles on both sides. This is also a unique example of Imari ware, but it is also for export, and was recently imported from Europe. It is decorated with peonies in an arabesque style on a plain white ground and overglazed with red, green, yellow, blue, and purple. This type of ware would be called Kakiemon according to the classification in Japan, but it should be treated as Ko-Imari.
