　This lion-tie covered vase has a milky-white base that has been slightly softly fired. The front of the lid shows a design of a folding screen, peonies, and birds, and the peonies are drawn with rounded branches and extended tips in accordance with the shape of the vessel. The sides of the body are also decorated with peony patterns, but the brushwork is rather weak.
