Similar in style to the Genroku-inspired dish, this plate features a magnificent underglaze blue underglaze painting of a fish swimming in a mountain stream against a rocky background. The inside of the shallow rise is decorated with a peach tree against a rocky background. The reverse side is decorated with a hozu design, and a single mark remains in the center of the elevated platform.
The design and expression somewhat resemble Nabeshima.
