The inflection of the shoulder with a ridge and the straight line of the body toward the bottom indicate that this is already new, but the other vessels that accompanied it can be dated to the end of the 7th century. It was fired at high temperature using white, highly refractory clay, with dark green natural glaze on the shoulders. Two long vertical black patches on one half of the body give the vase a distinctive appearance.
