This dish, along with the previous one, has a unique design among Aote Koya ware.
A large leaf stretches from left to right from the white-drawn Dopo, and a sharp-eyed bird with its head circled around it is depicted in violet color. The fine arabesques on the ground are often used in Aote, and the brushwork is extremely skillful. The reverse side is decorated with chrysanthemum arabesques and the inscription “Kakufuku” is written inside the base, and the entire surface is covered with green glaze.
