This is a lacquer-lacquered water container faithfully following the style of the Tebeko mizusashi. The body is covered with three tiers of cats, the bottom is covered with clay, the rest of the body is covered with a cloudy white glaze, and the prospective view is partially covered with a transparent glaze. The hands and two sides of the body are covered with blue and iron glazes for a decorative effect, but it is difficult to avoid the feeling that the glaze is a little unnatural. The cover of the inner box is labeled “Teke mizusashi” (water jar with a tub) by Nisei, and it is true that the glaze tone and workmanship are in the style of Nisei. However, there are those who believe that this Tebeki was made by Ribei Hatsu.
