The name of this flower was given in reference to the yellow color on the front. It is one of the seven types of Nonkou Kaga.
It is a deep tea bowl with a thin body, slightly flared rim, narrow waist, and rounded bottom. The entire bowl is covered with jet-black glaze, and the rim of the high foot is thickly glazed.
There are four eyes on the tatami mat, and the Raku mark is vivid inside the high foot.
The yellow-painted front resembles two scattered plum blossoms, creating a charming scene.
Both the interior and exterior have a lustrous jet-black finish, with a wide opening and a small stone in one corner, adding to its charm.
