This is one of the common mountain tea bowls of the first half of the 13th century. It is slightly shallow and still has a bulge at the waist, retaining its old appearance. As a rule, mountain tea bowls are unglazed, and this mountain tea bowl was placed at the top of the bowl, so the natural precipitation has melted off. These coarse mountain tea bowls with rough clay are fired in kilns for mountain tea bowls only, and are never fired together with glazed ceramics.
