　The thick neck, the traces of steps on the outer surface of the mouth rim, the strong shoulder tension, and the hemispherical shape of the body suggest that it was made in the mid-7th century or later. It is made of high-quality, near-white clay and fired extremely well. The shoulders are covered with a light green natural glaze and the workmanship is superb.
